Abstract :
In order to evaluate the germination and growth indices of quinoa genotypes under salinity stress, experimentally Factorial was implemented in a completely randomized design with four replications in 1397 at Shahed University. Treatments 6 and 9 dS / m, an experiment consisting of two genotypes (Titicaca and Redcarina) and four salinity levels (zero, 3 Sodium chloride). Increasing salinity to 3 dS increased the germination percentage by 17 with increasing salinity concentration, this index decreased. Salinity increases the time required for germination 90 Seed percentage, seedling length reduction and seedling number reduction were normalized. The effect of genotype also on the rate of variation of this Indices were different, so that the mean of germination percentage and seedling length in TitiKaka genotype 50 and 90 of seeds in TitiKaka genotype were higher than Red Carina and the time required for germination was 25. It was lower than the Red Carina genotype, indicating a short germination time in the TitiKaka genotype. Reaction Salinity and genotype were significant on the mean germination time and at the highest salinity level the mean of this index In Redcarina genotype compared to TitiKaka genotype showed 31 increase which indicates late germination of genotype Red Carina has been under stress from TitiKaka. In general, it can be concluded that Redcarina genotype in this test is weaker than TitiKaka genotype and more sensitive to salinity.
