Every organization is looking for ways and plans to improve the performance of its employees. Some of the strategies they use, is to increase the job satisfaction of their employees to provide the necessary motivation for their human resources, so the employees can feel safe and comfortable in the workplace, and utilize their knowledge and expertise to achieve organizational goals. For this reason, organizations are always trying to measure their employees satisfaction. Hospitals are one of the most important places where measuring the satisfaction of the employees is frequently required, because the satisfaction of the staff has a direct impact on the health of our society.
