Keywords :The advancement of technology has paved the way for the acceleration of affairs, the disappearance of borders and the dramatic expansion of relations between the peoples and nations of the world. The rapid and frameworkless relationship between nations, subcultures, and diverse cultures has become, on the one hand, a means of raising human awareness and information, and, on the other, a threat to individuals, families, and societies. The threats that are going on today to show their true face not only in the form of some kind of social harm but also in the not too distant future in the form of social crises. Obviously, the country of Maham can not see itself on the safe side of social harm. On the other hand, solving the problems of the society is not possible without the colorful presence of the sides of the triangle of law, officials and people.
Abstract :
پیشرفت تکنولوژی زمینه‌ساز سرعت بخشیدن به امور، از میان رفتن مرزها و گسترش چشمگیر ارتباطات میان اقوام و ملتهای جهان شده است. رابطه سریع و بدون چارچوب میان ملتها، خرده فرهنگها و فرهنگهای گوناگون از یک سو وسیله‌ای برای افزایش اگاهی‌ها و اطلاعات بشر و از سویی تهدیدی برای افراد، خانواده‌ها و جوامع گشته است. تهدیداتی که امروز می‌رود تا نه تنها در قالب گونه‌هایی از اسیبهای اجتماعی بلکه در اینده‌ای نه چندان دور به صورت بحرانهایی اجتماعی چهره حقیقی خود را نشان دهد. بدیهی است کشور ماهم نمیتواند خود را در حاشیه امنی از اسیبهای اجتماعی ببیند. از سویی رفع مشکلات جامعه بدون حضور پر رنگ اضلاع مثلث قانون، مسوولین و مردم امکانپذیر نیست. لذا این مقاله درپی ان است که با تبیین و بهره گیری از عهدنامه مالک اشتر، رسالت مسوولان در جهت مواجهه با اسیبهای اجتماعی را مورد بررسی قرار داده، متناسب با شرائط عصر حاضر راهکارهایی را ارائه کند. لازم به ذکر این پژوهش با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای و به روش اسنادی-توصیفی تحلیل شده است. ازاین رو پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوالات است که 1. از نظر عهدنامه مالک اشترویژگی های حاکم اسلامی کدام است؟ و نقش ان در مواجهه با اسیب های اجتماعی چیست؟ 2.اقشار گوناگون جامعه از نظرعهد نامه کدامند؟ و تاثیر توجه به ان ها در مواجهه با اسیب های اجتماعی چیست؟
