In this paper a multi-echelon location-distribution problem is modeled considering customerpriorities. A lexicographic approach is implemented to determine the most preferred distribution pathaccording to thecustomers’priorities. We also considered capacity of trucks that moved from depots andsatellites. The results show that the proposed approach can better consider the customers with differentpriorities while more important customers will have less total costs considering the classic approach. Moreover The sensitivity analysis has been done for the proposed approach.
