Information Theoretic Learning Systems Laboratory (ITLSL)

This research laboratory was  founded in Department of Electrical Engineering, Shahed University, Tehran, Iran, at 2011. In the Lab. We try to confront some technology challenges in Big Data and Machine Learning via Information Theory and Statistics.

Some of the major contributions are as following

1- Multiuser Modulation Classification

2- Dimension Estimation of Signal Sub-Space in the Presence of Gaussian and Non-Gaussian Noise

3- General Expression for the Gradient of fundamental Information Measures

4- Perfect Secrecy Using Compressed Sensing

5- Statistical Shape Modeling Using Information Theoretic Approach
